Jim was great every step of the process. I had a pretty specific idea of what I wanted and he was extremely helpful in finding what I wanted even though car wasn't on the lot. He helped find every rebate I was eligible for to bring the car down to a price I was comfortable with. Very upfront and honest about everything I asked him. I had been to several dealers before rotolo's and Jim was by far the best salesman I worked with.
By far the best and easiest car buying experience I ever had!! Our salesman was Cory and he worked very hard to get the Jeep we wanted and at the price we wanted. He also did most of the leg work while we were waiting for the Jeep to come in, so we were in and out in no time! We could not have had a better experience.
