Unfair, rude and uneducated about the law. He is without a doubt running a debtors prison. He allows or appoints the crooked cops to do as they please. I have to remain quiet on this review as I have taken proper legal action to adress this debtors prison task master.
Update; bumped him up one star he was ok today did his job. He is running a debtors prison. That part is a given. No working out fines no compromise.
