I have used Tri County Chem Dri for cleaning my carpets and were very pleased with outcome. The carpets were not wet and stayed clean longer than with any other commercial cleaning company. I also use their Spot Remover which works great taking stains off carpets, upholstery, etc. Great Pet Oder Remover also.
